Corn Bread

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp bkg. powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 egg

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add oil, milk and egg. Mix well. Bake at 400 f0r 25 minutes. Immediatly sprinkle cinnamon on top when it's done baking. (note: not too much cinnamon, just enough to make it look pretty. Try making a zig-zag pattern or cris-crossing it)
