Fruit Butters

Raspberry: Puree 10 oz. frozen raspberries, 1 c. honey, 1 c. butter, and 1 c powdered sugar.

Cinnamon: Blend 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Strawberry: puree 1/2 c. strawberries, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cheese Topping

This is a good topping for the bread stix recipe, but honestly, I don't think that it's worth it. I just like to make up my own spices to put on top, but this still tastes fine. I never really measure any of these spices out, just add as much as I think the mixture needs. You can keep or leave out any of the spices and it will still taste fine.

2 c. parmesan cheese
4 tbsp paprika
3/4 c. sesame seeds
2 tsp celery seeds
2 tbsp dry parsley
2 tsp garlic pwd
1 tbsp chili pwd

Mix all ingredients together.
