Granola

8-10 c. rolled oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. wheat bran
1 c. instant pwd. milk
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1/3c. flax
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped almonds
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp. maple or vanilla

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add oil, honey/sugar, and the maple/vanilla. Mix well. Bake 300. Stir at least three times while baking, once every 10-15 minutes until it is golden brown. Do not over bake! Add raisins when done baking.
