Fruit Butters

Raspberry: Puree 10 oz. frozen raspberries, 1 c. honey, 1 c. butter, and 1 c powdered sugar.

Cinnamon: Blend 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Strawberry: puree 1/2 c. strawberries, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. powdered sugar
